You may return most items purchased from Tuff Monkey Apparel within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@tuffmonkeyapparel.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Pack the item securely, including your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1–5 business days.

For exchanges, please contact us to check availability and initiate the exchange process.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
